Participants work through their own lessons, courses, or training materials using a structured three-step process. They identify where AI has changed role expectations and skills, surface gaps in their current curriculum, and leave with a draft competency map showing what learners should be able to do at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
The goal is not to chase tools. The goal is to clarify what people need to know, do, and demonstrate as AI becomes part of their work.
This workshop is planned for October 2026 as a beta cohort and will also be available as a private session for companies and teams.
