    The KNOW Strategy Lab™ is a multi-day, immersive workshop designed for leadership teams who want to transform organizational strengths into strategies that deliver measurable results. Grounded the KNOW Leadership Framework™ and powered by the SOAR Strategic Planning Model (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results), this lab ensures leaders not only design a forward-focused strategy but also take ownership for executing it successfully.

    Participants will work through the SOAR model to uncover their most valuable strengths, identify opportunities hidden in challenges, define bold aspirations, and clarify the results they want to achieve. They will then use the KNOW Leadership Framework™ to create an Implementation Roadmap.

    Participants will learn practical methods for coaching with clarity, setting expectations that stick, and creating a culture where team members take responsibility for their results. Through interactive exercises, role-play scenarios, and peer exchange, managers will leave with actionable strategies to guide, motivate, and hold their teams accountable without micromanaging.

    This workshop is not about “fixing” weakness or using SWOT analysis, this workshop focuses on using organizational strengths to innovate and take advantage or opportunities.
