Rhoderick’s Overview
Rhoderick is a leadership development coach, systems thinker, and Founder of Astute Performance Consulting, where he helps organizations align people, culture, and strategy to achieve lasting performance. With more than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, he has designed and led initiatives that have impacted over 400,000 employees worldwide.
His career spans roles at Amazon, the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the United States Postal Service, and Capital One Bank, as well as teaching in higher education. Dr. Ramsey’s expertise covers instructional design, program oversight, leadership development, and performance coaching—anchored by a belief that performance begins and ends with leadership.
He is the creator of the KNOW Leadership Framework™, a practical model built on Knowledge, Network, Ownership, and Wisdom, which he uses to help leaders and organizations drive measurable results. Dr. Ramsey holds a Doctorate in Educational Psychology and Technology with a concentration in Instructional Systems Design.
