Who Leads the Work
Dr. Rhoderick J. Ramsey leads Astute Learning Innovations and is directly involved in every client engagement. With nearly 20 years of experience across banking, Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies, and international teams, he brings practical expertise in workforce performance, AI adoption, instructional design, training strategy, and leadership development.
Dr. Ramsey leads client strategy, discovery, solution design, and quality oversight. When project scope requires additional capacity or specialized production support, ALI works with vetted independent professionals under ALI’s project structure.
