Who Leads the Work

Dr. Rhoderick J. Ramsey leads APC and is directly involved in every client engagement. With 20 years across the public and private sectors, including roles at Amazon, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the United States Postal Service, and Capital One, he brings senior-level experience in organizational performance, AI governance, instructional design, and leadership development.
