ALI Partner Network

Join the ALI Partner Network

Astute Learning Innovations works with experienced independent professionals to support workforce performance, training development, leadership development, and process improvement engagements. If you bring strong craft, clear communication, and professional judgment to client-facing work, we would like to hear from you.

About the Network

ALI is a performance consulting firm that leads client engagements from discovery through delivery. For select engagements, ALI brings in trusted partners to support production, development, coordination, and facilitation work.

This is not a job offer and it is not a guarantee of work. Partner opportunities are project-dependent and based on availability, skills, and fit. When an engagement aligns with your background, ALI may reach out to discuss scope, timeline, and contracting terms.

If you are an experienced independent professional looking for meaningful project-based work with a growing consulting firm, this network may be a good fit.

Partner Roles We May Need

  • Instructional Designers

Curriculum design, learning objectives, content architecture, storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, and participant materials for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning engagements.

  • Multimedia Developers

Building and producing learning assets from approved designs, including module development in Articulate Rise or Storyline, interaction builds, course assembly, visual design, graphic production, video editing, Canva and PowerPoint development, Synthesia or AI video production, and other media assets that support training and performance solutions.

  • Project Coordinators and Project Managers

Timeline tracking, version control, meeting notes, status reports, deliverable coordination, and administrative support for active client projects.

  • Facilitators and Trainers

Virtual or in-person session delivery, workshop support, and train-the-trainer assistance for leadership and workforce development engagements.

  • Research and Data Analysts

Data collection, survey administration, interview note compilation, spreadsheet organization, and data preparation to support performance diagnostics, needs assessments, and organizational analysis engagements.

What ALI Looks For

We work with partners who take their craft seriously and understand what it means to support a client engagement professionally. That generally means you can work from a defined scope and timeline, communicate early when something changes, receive feedback and revise without friction, and protect the quality and confidentiality of client work.

Tool familiarity matters too. Depending on the project, you may need experience with tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline, Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, Asana, or similar platforms. We do not expect you to know every tool, but we do expect you to be honest about what you know and what you do not.

Partners should be comfortable supporting work under ALI's project structure.

How Partner Engagements Work

When a project opportunity aligns with your skills and availability, ALI will reach out to discuss scope, timeline, rate, and contracting requirements. Each engagement is separate and governed by its own project agreement.

A few things to know before you submit:

  • Work may be structured as hourly, project-based, or milestone-based depending on the client's SOW.

  • Most work is remote.

  • Some engagements may include on-site opportunities where appropriate and mutually agreed upon.

  • Partners are independent contractors, not employees.

  • ALI leads the client relationship.

  • Confidentiality is required on every engagement.

  • Work may require revision before client delivery.

  • There is no guarantee of ongoing or recurring assignments.

If those terms work for how you operate, we would like to hear from you.

Complete the form below to submit your information. We review submissions on a rolling basis and reach out when a project opportunity is a strong match for your background. Due to volume, we are not able to respond to every submission.

A portfolio, work samples, or sanitized examples are required for Instructional Designer and Multimedia Developer applicants. Applications for those roles without a sample or portfolio link may not be reviewed.

Submission of this form does not create a contractor relationship, employment relationship, or obligation for ALI to offer work.
