Leading AI-Assisted Teams: Helping leaders guide AI-assisted work effectively and responsibly

Live | Virtual or in person| Two Hours | 2.0 SHRM PDCs

AI tools can change how teams produce, review, and act on information before organizations have updated the expectations and support surrounding that work. Managers may then be left to determine how AI should be used, when work requires additional review, and how to respond when questions or concerns arise.

Leading AI-Assisted Teams is a two-hour Innovation Session for managers and team leads responsible for guiding AI-assisted work. Participants examine how AI affects day-to-day oversight, team expectations, review and escalation responsibilities, and employee support.

Participants will be able to:

  • Explain how AI-assisted work changes team responsibilities, decisions, and manager oversight.

  • Translate organizational AI expectations into practical guidance for everyday team activities.

  • Determine the review, verification, escalation, and support practices teams may need for consistent AI-assisted work.

Available virtually or in person for private organizational cohorts.

Evaluating AI-Assisted Content: Helping practitioners evaluate AI output and make responsible decisions

Live | Virtual or in person| Two Hours

AI can help employees produce polished content quickly. That content can still include inaccurate claims, missing context, unsupported conclusions, or information that requires additional expertise.

These issues become organizational concerns when AI-assisted content informs policies, training resources, reports, customer communications, operational guidance, or workplace decisions.

Evaluating AI-Assisted Content is a two-hour Innovation Session for employees who create, revise, review, or use consequential workplace content with AI. Participants examine how to recognize information requiring additional scrutiny, use appropriate sources and expertise, and determine what should happen before the content moves forward.

Participants will be able to:

  • Identify AI-assisted claims and content that require verification or additional scrutiny.

  • Evaluate content using its intended purpose, appropriate sources, and relevant expertise.

  • Determine when content should be used, revised, rejected, or escalated.

Available virtually or in person for private organizational cohorts.

A Coordinated Approach to AI-Assisted Work

Available separately or as a coordinated organizational series. Together, these Innovation Sessions help practitioners evaluate AI-assisted content and equip managers to set clearer expectations, oversight, and support.

Two Ways to Learn with ALI

Astute Briefings

Astute Briefings are concise, research-informed sessions that help leaders examine an emerging workforce or organizational issue, consider its implications, and identify questions that may require further attention.

Astute Briefings may be offered publicly or delivered privately for executive and leadership audiences.

Innovation Sessions

Innovation Sessions are practical, facilitated working sessions and workshops where leaders, managers, and practitioners work through a real business problem and leave with something usable, not just notes from a meeting.

Innovation Sessions may be offered publicly or delivered privately for organizations, teams, and professional groups.

Custom Training and Private Workshops

Bring an ALI Session to Your Organization

Astute Briefings and Innovation Sessions can be delivered privately for leadership teams, managers, practitioners, professional associations, and other organizational groups.

Organizations may select one session or combine connected sessions to establish shared language across different levels of responsibility.

Custom Training and Private Workshops

Need something designed around a specific business or workforce need?

ALI develops custom training and facilitated workshops based on your goals, audience, work environment, and performance needs. Custom engagements may support leadership development, team performance, organizational change, strategy, AI adoption, or another defined business priority.

Custom Training and Private Workshops are different from ALI’s established Astute Briefings and Innovation Sessions because they are designed specifically for the requesting organization.

When the Issue Goes Beyond Training

Some performance concerns cannot be resolved through a single briefing, workshop, or training program.

When an issue spans roles, capabilities, workflows, support systems, or organizational expectations, a Performance Diagnostic can help determine what is happening and where to begin.
