Innovation Session: Leading AI-Assisted Learning Teams

Innovation Session: Leading AI-Assisted Learning Teams
Building Judgment and Accountability into Everyday Practice

A live, two-hour working session for people responsible for guiding teams and processes around AI-assisted learning work.

AI-assisted learning is changing what practitioners need to judge and what oversight roles need to do to support that judgment. Effective oversight starts before the final review. It means understanding the work well enough to guide the team, translating expectations into daily practice, ensuring practitioners have the right tools and support, and reinforcing the process so that accountability holds.

In this session, participants work through a realistic AI-assisted learning scenario using a structured set of questions. This is not an AI tool demonstration or a prompt-writing class. The focus is on judgment, team support, workflow discipline, and accountability.

This session is part of a three-part series on AI-assisted learning at the organizational, oversight, and applied-practice levels. Each session stands alone.

Astute Learning Innovations is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. This program is valid for 2.0 PDCs.
