Business Coaching Services Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and participation in coaching services provided by Astute Learning Innovations LLC, DBA, Astute Performance Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or participating in any coaching service, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Services

The Company provides business coaching services designed to support leadership development, decision-making, and operational execution. Coaching may include scheduled sessions, written recaps, accountability follow-up, and limited email communication between sessions.

Coaching services include, but are not limited to:

  • KNOW Focus Session

  • Performance Partner Package

Coaching is a collaborative process. The Client remains responsible for all business decisions, actions, and results.

2. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is not consulting, legal advice, financial advising, therapy, counseling, or human resources compliance services.

The Company does not:

  • Manage your business

  • Supervise your employees

  • Implement changes on your behalf

  • Provide legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice

You are solely responsible for implementation and all outcomes in your business.

3. Scheduling and Attendance

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

Clients agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Be prepared to discuss current business issues

  • Complete agreed-upon actions between sessions

If the Client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered completed.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: session forfeited

  • No show: session forfeited

Emergency exceptions may be granted at the Company’s discretion.

Unused sessions expire 90 days after purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless a written payment plan is approved.

Coaching services are prepaid. Access to services will not begin until payment is received.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Refund Policy

Because coaching time is reserved and capacity is limited. Payments are refundable only under the conditions below:

KNOW Focus Session
The client may cancel for a full refund if cancellation is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time and no-shows are not refundable.

Performance Partner Package
The client may cancel for a full refund if cancellation is submitted before the first scheduled session. After the first session, fees paid are non-refundable for sessions already delivered. Any remaining sessions may be refunded or credited at the Company’s discretion, less any non-refundable processing fees and an administrative fee of $[amount], if applicable.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Actively participate in sessions

  • Provide accurate information

  • Implement agreed-upon actions

  • Maintain respectful and professional communication

Coaching effectiveness depends on the client's effort and follow-through.

8. Communication Between Sessions

Limited email support is provided for clarification and brief guidance between sessions.

Email support does not include:

  • Detailed business analysis

  • Emergency operational support

  • Unlimited consulting

Responses are typically provided within 1 to 2 business days.

9. Confidentiality

The Company will keep Client information confidential and will not disclose business details without permission, except:

  • When required by law

  • To prevent illegal activity

  • To prevent imminent harm

The Client agrees not to record sessions without written permission.
